About Physician Interlink
Physician Interlink was founded in 1998 by a practicing physician who realized that the financial transaction in healthcare was becoming too complex for him and his small office staff to handle successfully. Experienced in the business side of healthcare from serving on the MIS contracting committee of a large urban health system and running a successful practice for 20 years, Dr. Moak started Physician Interlink.
Dr. Moak's vision is to give smaller practices access to the same technology and expertise available in a 100 man group, but at a cost structure the small group can afford and in a technologically friendly manner.
Given the complex and highly regulated nature of healthcare today, small practices need resources that are just as effective as large practices to stay in business. Deploying new technology or even just complying with the endless stream of regulations like HIPAA, severely strain practice personnel. Physician Interlink provides a highly supported, turnkey group of services and systems to enable practices to live profitably in our environment of constant change.
